Grad Class 2014 Fundraiser
YOUR SON/DAUGHTER HAS AN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY TO FUNDRAISE BY SELLING CAR RAFFLE TICKETS. PROFIT FROM TICKET SALES GO TOWARDS THEIR UPCOMING GRAD BANQUET, CONVOCATION AND DRY GRAD CELEBRATION !!
RAFFLE TICKETS CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING PRIZES:
1st Prize: 2013 Honda Civic DX Sedan
(Valued at $25,264.86)
2nd Prize: $1,500.00 Travel Voucher
3rd Prize: $500.00 Shell Gas Card
Tickets are only $10.00 EACH. With ONLY 5,000 tickets being sold.

A Book of 10 Tickets can be issued to your Graduating Student once the Students Parent or Guardian signs a release form. This form is available below, at the GW Office OR can be found on the GW Graham Grad Website.
In order to ensure your Graduate receives credit for raffle tickets sold, please be sure to write their full name on the back of the ticket stub. The Ticket Stubs (sold and unsold) are to be returned with the cheques/cash as soon as possible. Any cheques should be made payable to: GW Graham Sec. School.
Once you have signed the permission sheet, you will NOT BE required to sign for additional booklets to be issued. We will however only issue an additional booklet once the previous book with payment has been turned in.
ALL TICKETS SIGNED OUT (Sold OR Unsold) MUST BE RETURNED TO GW GRAHAM – OFFICE NO LATER THAN April 1, 2014.
Your Son/Daughter can sign up to do raffle tickets sales at the Cottonwood Mall. Signup sheets are located in the Student Services Room. They are NOT required to bring Raffle Tickets with them, Raffle Ticket Booklets will be assigned and provided for each shift. Students are reminded to put their name on the back of tickets stubs sold, and each shift will be responsible to balance tickets sold with money received.
Reminder that as stipulated by the BC Gaming Regulations there MUST BE AN ADULT PRESENT for every shift during Ticket Sales. This not only provides supervision for the students, but helps to provide
