Timetable Change Requests

Timetable information will be available online on MyEducationBC after August 23.  Login at https://www.myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen/logon.do  Your Login ID is your student ID.  The default password is Aug$2017.  Your will immediately be required to set a new password and, if this is your first time logging in your email address, add security question information.

After logging in, click on the ‘My Info’ tab at the top of the page.. then the ‘Current Schedule’ tab on the left side of the page. Students will see their timetable.  A printed copy will be distributed on the first day of classes September 5th in Advisory.  Changes to teachers and room numbers may occur up until the first day, so students are to follow the September 5th printed version of their timetable.

 

Timetable Change Requests

Please click on the email below of your counselor (by alpha) if your timetable is:

  1. incomplete with less than 8 classes or empty blocks; or
  2. you are scheduled into the wrong level of course; or
  3. you are missing graduation requirements.

These concerns are a priority to fix and will be responded to with a return email to you when the concern is addressed. 

All changes will be completed by the end of the first week. 
No changes will be made after Friday September 8th. 
There is no guarantee that other requests will be addressed.
